Tables: Apply formulas to columns - This would require you to first convert the Excel to a Table using Excel: Save Spreadsheet to Table.
CSV: Apply formulas to columns - This would require you to first convert the Excel to a CSV using Excel: Convert to CSV. The advantage of this over a Table is that it is limited to 1 GB (vs. 100K rows) and not encrypted so more performant for processing larger data sets.
