Retain formatting column with value "True" always reports error during saving changes in the action

Hello, dear team:
There are several actions have the column "Retain formatting".
Initially I edit the action and save with value "True" in "Retain formatting"/
Later I modify the action and save again, it would always report "Error".
I have to drag down to the column and select "True" again, then it is OK to save, which is very annoying.

I hope the issue can be solved to improve user experience.
