Inserting an image to a WebForm

Hi,
I am trying to insert an image to a WebForm. In the Workflow Builder, I am using the Action Type, Email: Send a Form. In its Instructions, I used a icon of "Image" to insert my image (loaded from my desktop) to the WebForm. But it doesn't show properly. It just shows an icon as attached.

    A few other questions as I am trying to recreate your error:

    • how big is the .png file?
    • is it showing this error image when you upload it or once it is sent via inside the webform?
    • have you tried other images or .png files and do you get the same error image each time?

    Lee,

    Is the image inserted into the email message body (that you see in your email client), or into the webform body (that you see when the button in the email body is clicked)?
