Provide a task that would call an external API to gather Daylight Savings Information using services such as:
1) https://Timezonepi.io
2) https://www.timeanddate.com/services/api/
3) https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/timezone/overview
To better enable workflows that are cognizant of Daylight Savings and can easily adjust without having to maintain custom data tables and do calculations to determine if or not in daylight savings time.
