Email font changes?

Anyone else seeing random font changes when their workflow sends an email? This first pic is what I normally get, Calibri.

This second pic happens every 10-15 or so emails and changes the font to SimSun. Odd, right?

Would you be able to forward an example email of each font to [email protected] and we can look into it on our side? Thanks!
