US Address Validation only works in preview & test

I'm trying to use the Locations: Parse US Street Address action, and I'm only getting the output when I run it in "Preview & Test" mode using the old builder. When I run the workflow, I don't get any ouptut.

How can I get this action to work in a regular workflow?
