Ability to Remove/Toggle '+ Row' in a Data Table on a Web From Trigger UI

There are scenarios where we would like to limit the amount of rows in a table that is on a web form trigger. An option to toggle to restrict the ability for a user to add additional rows will be helpful. This helps when you have templatized excel data in subsequent steps.
