Problem:
When a large number of instances of the same workflow is started, the instances can be rate limited to enforce task execution fairness across teams and processes. Today there is no way to easily verify or tell that instances are being rate limited.
Ideas:
- In the Dashboard, display the top 10 workflows currently being rate limited
- Include a way to identify rate limited instances in the workflow's master table
- Include a way to identify rate limited instances in the UI (Instance age)
