Ability to chat with Catalytic on-demand!

There are times where I just want to ask a quick question to someone at Catalytic. It would be nice if we had instant-message/chat capability with you!
For example, "Hey Jozef, how do I create a dynamic email link back to a Catalytic instance?"
In our company we chat regularly on MS Teams and it is much more convenient to have that discussion than going into email hell! I do understand the need to track help-tickets, but some things are simply just a question and may not require a support ticket...or tracking support may not be as much of a priority for your customer as it is for you .
