SFTP Trigger - Highlight Disabled Trigger

If we fail to connect to a SFTP server for 24 straight hours, we automatically disable the trigger. This is to prevent overwhelming a server with connections it cannot handle.
Since a workflow's SFTP trigger, when disabled, does not appear any different than when it is enabled, we should highlight the disabled trigger to distinguish it as disabled.
