Comments and questions found in the the action description

The first thing that you do when you have an issue with an action is to open the action description link. If the description is not clear, then you are most likely to search if someone has already asked your question. If not then you post the question.
I think it would be more beneficial if you allow a section of comments inside the Action Description, so you can find users' questions, comments, and best practices for that Action.
