File-type Field: Copy URL Option

Oftentimes workflow-level, file-type fields are reference guides or other documentation, and used in Email: Send a web form steps, and on web form triggers in instructions. For these types of fields, include a "Copy URL" option, similar to the current option for web form triggers.
