Pattern: Dynamic Task Assignment

You can use the attached workflow model to dynamically assign tasks to a user, leveraging your team's Application Table: Users table. For the below steps, you should select to Use Table by name, and select that table from the list.

1. Filter Application Table Users table for active users
2. Look up the username of the task assignee

Such a pattern is useful in cases where tasks must be routed to specific persons or teams, i.e. where an individual is aligned to a particular customer or subject matter area (this would require a separate table with a list of subject matters, and the expert(s) for that subject matter, then Tables: Find similar text).
