Why was an action skipped?

It would be extremely helpful if when reviewing actions and troubleshooting there would be an explanation/description of what caused an action to be skipped. Currently, we need to go and track down that information from the builder, which can become very time consuming! Actions often show why they were rejected, so this should be possible.
