Don't require integration selection when skipping fix tasks

If the selection is made to skip the task, I don't think the integration selection should be required.

It becomes time-consuming if you're trying to clear out a bunch of fix tasks all at once. I think this is probably a common occurrence for fix tasks that appear as a result of API errors.

    @Tom_153935 I agree. I've logged this as a bug. The Integration box should not display when skipping the task, and it should display the current integration as a default when retrying the task.
