Add Run Start Date to File Name

How can you add the run start date to a file name? Using {{run.startDate}} in the name of the file and then referencing that file name won't work since you can't use double {{}}, correct? For example, if I name a file Test File {{run.startDate}}, and then try referencing that file name in an email step would it look like {{test-file-run.startDate}}?

One way you can add the run start date to a file name would be to use the File: Rename a file action, no need to try to include {{run.startDate}} in a field name.
