Transpose a Row of Data into a List

I find myself often taking a single row of data and manually transposing it into a list of "key-values", particularly for form and email notifications. I would like to take that row and automatically turn it into a vertical table, ideally in markdown. The alternative is to manually type out the entire key-value list in all locations
