Data Tables in Web Forms - Set columns to read-only

Provide controls for data tables in web forms to set columns to read-only. Useful for data tables that are sent via the Email: Send a form action with pre-populated data in some columns, in which the end user is expected to input or update data in other columns.

Ensure it's clear to the end user which columns are editable vs. locked.
