Enable password protection for ZIP files

We need to send sensitive data as an attachment and would use to password protect the zipped files.
The password would not have to be unique for every email, it would be sufficient if we could set a password for the whole team.

@Veronika_128563 Good suggestion. As a workaround, you could consider including a link to the file in the email to a password protected SFTP or SharePoint folder.
