Application Table for Tables - Metadata on table contents

Add an application table for "data tables" that allows users (or at least admins) to track the following items, at a minimum:

• Table name
• Table ID
• Table type (imported or master)
• Creator

• Creation date

• Archived (true/false)

Ideally:

• Connected workflows (which workflow IDs interface with that table)
• Last edited date
• Last edited by
