Super admin? User who has ultimate access to see all processes.

Is there a way to create a user who is a "super admin" of sorts? Meaning, they can see all processes, even those owned by regular admins who have set them to only been seen by them, the owner?

    @Sophie_108501 team owners can view all processes, regardless of permission settings. The user who creates the team is automatically a team owner. Catalytic is able to set additional users as team owners as well, just not through the UI today.
